SINGAPOREAN RICE


STEP1:boil rice n that would be first layer in dish
STEP2:boil noodles n that would be 2nd layer
STEP3n4:mayo dip n chicken gravy either can be put first.

MAYO DIP:
mayonaise:1cup
ketchup:1/2cup
crush chilli 1/2 tsp
black pepper pinch
white viegar 1/2 tbs
mix them all together

CHICKEN GRAVY:
boneless chicken:1 kg
soy sauce:1/2tbs
ketchup:1 tbs
crush red n black pepper:1/2tsp
salt to taste
corn flour:2tsp
oil:4tsp
capsicum:3-4
carrots:1-2
METHOD:
in a pan add oil add chicken when almost done add veges n spice.saute them well
finally add corn flour dissolved in water.
stir n let cook for 5 min consistency should be thick
so then over the rice n noodle layer  the gravy first garnish with chilli.
