pesto speghetto


INGREDIENT:
speghette1cup
pine nut 1 cup
basil leaf 1 cup
olive oil 1/2 cup
salt n pepper to taste
parmesan cheese 1/cup
6 clives garlic
1/2 cup boiled potato

METHOD:
in a  food processor process basil,garlic,olive oil,salt n pepper n pine nut until smooth(pesto ready)
boil speghette in warm salty water n drain
in a pan add pesto sauce n boiles speghette n boiled potato toss n mix n serve.

                                                           CHICKEN  FINGER
INGREDIENT:

4 to 5 chicken breast
flour 1 cup
bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup
2 beaten egg
salt to taste
black pepper pinch
milk 1/2 cup
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
oil for frying

 METHOD:
cut chicken into strips nd marinate in milk,garlic powder,salt over night
now batter chicken.
take 3 bowl 1 for flour,2nd for egg and 3 for crumbs
dip chicken strips into flour then in egg and last in crumbs.
place them on a cookie sheet n put into freezer for 30 min but no longer than 45 min.
than take out and fry in  hot oil.

chicken tikka pizza

                                                   CHICKEN TIKKA PIZZA

INGREDIENT FOR DOUGH:
flour 4 cups
yeast: dry yeast 2 tbs
warm water for kneeding
oil1 tbs
 milk powder 1 tbs
salt to taste
sugar 1/2 tsp

OTHER INGREDIENT:
capsicum,onion,pizza cheese

FOR CHICKEN:
 marinate chicken in a tikka masala (i used shop brought shan tikka masala) and ginger garlic paste  marinate for hour.
in a pan add oil and cook chicken until done.

METHOD:
in a bowl mix together flour,salt,oil,milk powder.in another bowl mix yeast warm water n sugar together  and set aside for 10 min after it rise mix in to flour mixture and kneed with warm water and rest dough for 1 hour.
after resting the dough roll it then spread pizza sauce(in 1/2 tsp oil fry shop garlic then add chilli garlic ketchu,salt,and oregano mix it sauce ready).then chiken ,then capsicum,onion slice and last add pizza cheese bake for 10 to 12 min in 160 deg.

ZEBRA CAKE

:ZEBRA CAKE:

INGREDIENTS:
PLAIN FLOUR: 2CUPS
CASTER SUGAR: 1 N HALF CUP
EGGS: 3LARGE
BAKING POWDER: 1 TBS
VANILLA EXTRACT: 1TSP
COCOA POWDER: 2TBS
MILK: 1CUP
OIL: 1CUP

METHOD:
 In a large bowl whisk egg and sugar until combine with electric beater.
then add milk and oil and beat with electric beater
then add flour,baking powder and vanila mix by wooden spoon or spatula.
seperate mixture in to 2 part.one part is plain and in another mixture add cocoa powder.
the most important part is to assembling the cake batter in a baking pan.
this is what you do.scoop 3 heaped tablespoon of plain batter in to the middle of baking pan,then 3 scoop 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder and pour it in the center on the top of plain batter.
IMPORTANT:dont stop and wait until previous batter spreads.keep going .it will spread by it self and fill the pan gradually.continue alternating the batter until you finish them .then bake into the oven for 40min on 180.
