RED VELVET CAKE

RED VELVET CAKE
INGREDIENT:
egg 3 large
flour2cup
cugar1 1/2cup
baking powder 1tsp
butter milk1cup
vanilaessence1tsp
red food colour as required
cocoa powder1 tbs
oil1 cup

METHOD:
in a bowl mix sift flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,food colour together.
in another bowl  beat egg with electric beater then add sugar cont beating then add cup of butter milk and oil and vanila continue beating for 5 min.
then pour this mixture in a flour mixture combine with spatula n bake for 30 to 35 min on 180 deg.

FROSTING:
in a basic velvet cake we use cream cheese frosting  but i use fresh cream.
